摘  要:
以乳酸-乙醇酸共聚物为载体,利用复乳-液中蒸发法制备pcDNA3-GRF微球、pIRES-HBs/AgSSM微球和GHRP-6微球。将空微球、pcDNA3-GRF微球(1 mg/kg),pIRES-HBs/AgSSM微球(1 mg/kg)和GHRP-6微球(1mg/kg)分别肌肉注射至水貂骨骼肌。120 d后,3个试验组水貂体长均高于空微球组(P<0.01);采用RIA法测定各组水貂血清IGF-Ⅰ浓度,3个试验组水貂血清IGF-Ⅰ浓度均比空微球组高,但pcDNA3-GRF微球组血清IGF-I浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明:pcDNA3-GRF乳酸乙醇酸共聚物微球有明显的促水貂生长作用。

摘  要:
Injectable sustained-release pcDNA3-GRF,pIRES-HBs/AgSSM and GHRP-6 microspheres were prepared by double emulsion-in liquid evaporation process,using biodegrable ploy lactic-co-glycolic acid as carrier.Then they were injected to skeletal muscle of minks to see the effects on mink growth.The results showed that injection of pcDNA3-GRF,pIRES-HBs/AgSSM and GHRP-6 microspheres lead to stem length were significantly higher than that of empty microspheres(P<0.01) at 120 days postinjection.Injection of pcDNA3-GRF,pIRES-HBs/AgSSM and GHRP-6 microspheres lead to serum IGF-Ⅰ levels were higher than that of empty microspheres.But the serum IGF-Ⅰ levels of pcDNA3-GRF microspheres grope were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results above indicated that the pcDNA3-GRF microspheres could promote the growth of mink significantly.
