哺乳动物合子基因组激活调控的研究进展

摘  要:
合子基因组激活(zygotic genome activation,ZGA)异常是哺乳动物早期胚胎发育阻滞的主要原因之一,其发生对早期胚胎发育和全能性的建立有着重要的意义。研究发现ZGA发生与DNA甲基化、组蛋白甲基化和非编码RNA等表观遗传及转录因子有关。笔者主要对以上因素调控哺乳动物ZGA的机制予以综述,为深入理解哺乳动物早期胚胎发育提供参考。

摘  要:
Developmental defects of embryos first appear at the time of zygotic genome activation( ZGA) in mammals,which is of great significance for early embryonic development and establishment of totipotency. Previousstudies have revealed that the initial of ZGA is under the tight control of epigenetic modifications,such as DNA methylation,histone methylation and noncoding RNA,and transcription factors. In this review,we summarize the advance on the regulation of ZGA by these epigenetic modifications and transcription factors,which provides a reference for further understanding of mammalian early embryonic development.
