呋喃西林及其代谢物氨基脲的检测技术研究

摘  要:
呋喃西林(NFZ)作为硝基呋喃的一种,曾经被广泛应用于养殖业,但因其致癌和致畸性现已被世界上多个国家所禁止。由于呋喃西代谢物可与组织结合形成稳定化合物而难以降解,其检测技术也越来越受到重视。本文综述了呋喃西林原药及其代谢物氨基脲(SEM)的检测方法,在阐明各种检测研究方法原理的基础上,从测定结果准确性、检出限和适用范围等方面进行了分析比较,旨在促进呋喃唑酮及其代谢物的检测技术发展。

摘  要:
Nitrofurazone(NFZ) as one kind of nitrofuran, was once widely used in farming. Due to its carcinogenicity and teratogenicity, it has been prohibited by many countries in the world. Determination methods of NFZ are very essential as its metabolite can bind the protein to form steady compound. This paper intro-duced the determination methods of NFZ and its metabolite according to a variety of literatures for comparisons of their detection limits, scopes of application and other aspects. iaiming to promote the development of deter-mination technologies of NFZ and its metabolite.
