摘  要:
采用PEG - 6 0 0 0处理小麦种子 ,可降低种子吸水萌发时的外渗电导率 ,其中以 2 0 %PEG (w/w)处理8h ,效果最为显著。超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和过氧化物酶 (POD)活性明显升高 ,脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)和超氧阴离子 (O-2 )含量明显低于对照组 ,表明PEG处理小麦种子和机体内活性氧代谢水平的增强存在内在联系

摘  要:
The study proves that the exosmosis conductance of wheat seeds can be decreased during taking up water and sprouting when treated by PEG 600(polyglycol),with the optimal tratment being 20%PEG(w/w) and 8 hour treatment time.The activity of SOD and POD increased notably,and the content of MDA and O - 2 peroxidized of lipids was less than the control group,suggesting that PEG tretment of wheat seeds in connected inherently with the metabolism increasemen of active oxygen inorganism.
