转基因大米的安全性与核酸检测技术的进展

摘  要:
转基因大米通常指通过基因技术获得外源基因的大米品种,相对于传统大米,其核酸组成发生了一定的变化。总结了对于转基因大米安全性的认识——关于转基因大米的食品安全性,目前在世界范围内仍然存在部分争议。就转基因大米的核酸检测技术的最新进展作了综述,指出PCR技术和改进的PCR技术仍然是主流检测技术,但是基因芯片等技术的发展为快速进行转基因大米的检测提供了更多的选择。

摘  要:
Transgenic rice is generally the rice variety of obtaining exogenous genes by using genetic techniques.Compared with the traditional rice,the nucleic acids of transgenic rice are different.The reliability of transgenic rice was still controvertible in the worldwide range.The understandings on the reliability of transgenic rice were summarized.The latest progresses on the detection techniques of nucleic acids were summarized.It was pointed out that PCR techniques and the modified PCR techniques were still the main-stream detection methods.However,the other techniques such as gene chips could provide more choices for the rapid detection of nucleic acids of transgenic rice.
