干燥方式对再造烟叶丝质量特性的影响研究

摘  要:
为提高再造烟叶制品的综合质量,研究了气流、滚筒、隧道三种不同的干燥方式对再造烟叶丝质量特性的影响。结果表明:(1)滚筒干燥对样品的含水率控制稳定性优于气流、隧道干燥;(2)气流干燥样品的填充性能明显优于滚筒、隧道干燥,过程造碎中尤以隧道干燥最低,滚筒、气流干燥相当;(3)三种干燥方式处理所得样品的常规化学成分无显著差异;(4)致香成分总含量高是滚筒干燥的一大特点;(5)气流干燥样品的焦油、烟碱、一氧化碳均低于滚筒及隧道干燥样品;(6)经干燥处理后,再造烟叶丝样品的感官品质提升,综合感官品质排序为:气流>滚筒>隧道。

摘  要:
In order to improve quality of reconstituted tobacco, three different drying modes, namely airflow drying, drum drying and tunnel drying, were studied. Results showed that: drum drying is better than both airflow drying and tunnel drying in maintaining moisture of samples. The padding values of reconstituted tobacco after airflow drying was the highest compared with other two drying methods. Tobacco damage ratio of airflow drying was the same as drum drying and both of which were higher than tunnel drying. All three drying methods have no obvious impact on chemical components. Among them, drum drying resulted in the highest aroma contents. Compared with other two drying methods, airflow drying resulted in reduced tar delivery, nicotine and CO in mainstream cigarette smoke. Sensory quality were all improved after three drying treatments while airflow drying resulted in the biggest improvement followed by drum drying and tunnel drying.
