不同干燥方式对再造烟叶主流烟气及燃烧温度的影响

摘  要:
【目的】为优化再造烟叶干燥工艺条件,降低再造烟叶主流烟气中CO释放量、提高CO/焦油比。【方法】考察了130℃、105℃和自然晾干3种干燥方式对再造烟叶主流烟气、燃烧温度及温度分布的影响。【结果】(1)降低干燥温度,可降低再造烟叶烟气CO/焦油比值及CO释放量;(2)随着干燥温度下降,再造烟叶的最高峰温、平均峰值、抽吸均值、阴燃均值均呈下降趋势,干燥温度对再造烟叶的最高峰温、平均峰值影响显著;(3)干燥温度对再造烟叶燃烧温度分布影响显著,随着干燥温度下降,再造烟叶燃烧温度在150~400℃温度段所占比例呈下降趋势,在401~850℃温度段所占比例呈上升趋势;在≥850℃温度范围所占比例呈下降趋势。【结论】适当降低干燥温度,可提升再造烟叶产品烟气特性和燃烧特性。

摘  要:
[Purpose]The objective of this study was to set the drying process conditions to reduce CO release and increase CO/tar ratio in mainstream smoke of reconstituted tobacco. [Method] The effects of different drying temperature on reconstituted tobacco mainstream smoke,burning temperature and temperature distribution were studied in this paper. [Results]( 1) As the drying temperature reduced,the reconstituted tobacco CO release and the ratio of CO to tar were reduced.( 2) With the drying temperature decreasing,the peak temperature,average peak temperature,smoking average temperature and smoldering mean temperature of different drying methods reconstituted tobacco showed a downtrend,and the effects of drying temperature on the peak temperature,average peak temperature were significant.( 3) The drying method effecting on reconstituted tobacco combustion temperaturedistribution were obvious: with the drying temperature reducing,the proportion of 150 ℃ to 400 ℃combustion temperature period showed a downtrend; the proportion of 401 ℃ to 850 ℃ combustion temperature period showed a upward trend,while the proportion of above 850 ℃ combustion temperature period shows a downtrend trend. [Conclusion]Reducing drying temperature could improve reconstituted tobacco product smoke and combustion characteristics.
