枯草层和覆土深度对冷蒿种苗建植的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究枯草层和覆土深度及其互作对冷蒿种子萌发和早期生长的影响。[方法]以枯草和冷蒿种子为试材,设覆土深度4个水平(0、0.5、1.0和2.0 cm),枯草层重量4个水平(0、50、100和200 g/m2),按2因素完全随机区组设计开展试验。[结果]覆土深度对冷蒿出苗率的影响显著,随着覆土深度增加,冷蒿出苗率显著降低,覆土1.0 cm的出苗率较不覆土的降低5倍多,覆土2.0 cm时出苗率为0;枯草层对出苗影响不显著,但对生长表现(株高和生物量)影响显著。少量枯草层(50~100 g/m2)有利于植株生长,而当枯草层达200 g/m2时,枯草层的物理阻碍作用显著,冷蒿的生长表现都显著低于其他处理。[结论]枯草层和覆土深度均显著影响冷蒿种苗建植,两者互作也显著影响冷蒿出苗率。

摘  要:
[Objective] The study aimed to research the effect of litter layer,covering depth and their interaction on germination and early growing of Atremisia frigida.[Method] With the litter layer and A.frigida seeds as the tested materials,the 4 levels of covering depth(0,0.5,1.0 and 2.0 cm) and 4 weight levels of litter layer(0,50,100 and 200 g/m2)were set up to make the test according to randomized block design with two factors.[Result] The effect of covering depth on A.frigida emergence rate was remarkable.With the increase of covering depth,the A.frigida emergence rate was decreased.The emergence rate of covering depth of 1.0 cm was 5 times lower than that without covering.The emergence rate reduced to 0 when the covering depth raised to 2.0 cm.The litter had no significant influence on emergence,but it affected the growth including height and above-ground biomass noticeably.Small amount of weed litter layer(50-100 g/m2) was good for growth of A.frigida,while once the litter reached to 200 g/m2,the physical barrier effect would get obvious and the growth of A.frigida was greatly more worse than other treatments.[Conclusion] The litter layer and covering depth could all effect obviously A.frigida seedling establishment and the A.frigida emergence rate was effected by their interaction.
