The micronutrient content of soils in different ecological environment and with different layer was analyzed by indoor analysis and outdoor field survey to provide the scientific basis for cultivation of high yield and high quality in Niaowang tea. The results showed that there is significant difference in average soil micronutrient content between different ecological environments. The highest Fe and Zn content in soil of wild tea plantation are 39646 and 6131 mg / kg separately. The highest Mn,Cu and Mo content in soil of natural forest land are 163. 92,13. 22 and 1. 23 mg / kg,respectively. The highest effective Fe,Mn,Zn and B content in soil of wild tea plantation are 148. 47,31. 12,5.46 and 0. 32 mg / kg separately. The highest effective Cu content in soil of natural forest land is 1. 32 mg / kg. Soil Fe,Cu and Mo content decreases with increase of layer depth gradually. The distribution of effective Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Mo and B content of soils with 0-20 cm depth and 20-40 cm depth is natural forest land > wild tea plantation > artificial tea garden. In conclusion, soil micronutrient content in wild tea plantation is higher than artificial tea garden.
