大连湾牡蛎人工育苗技术参数的研究

摘  要:
本文提示了大连湾牡蛎人工育苗中的几个重要技术参数的最适水平。其适宜孵化温度为20~23℃、孵化密度为50~75eggs/ml、幼虫培育密度为4~8ind/ml,幼虫以小球藻和湛江又鞭金藻混合喂养的生长情况最佳。

摘  要:
This paper gives the best level of certain important technical parameters in the artificial cultivating larvae of ostrea talienwhanensis crosse, The optimum incubation temperature is 20-23℃。 The incubation density should be controled within 50-75 eggs per milliliter The cultivation density of the laryae stould be controled xvith in 4-8 ind, per milliliter. The growth state of the laryae is best when fed with the mixed algae cotieisted of cholrclla marine and Dierateria zhanjia-ngensis Hu. Ver. SP,.
