大连湾牡蛎鳃的光镜和扫描电镜研究

摘  要:
用光镜和扫描电镜观察了大连湾牡蛎(OstreatalienwhanensisCrosse)鳃的组织学和表面结构。鳃丝的表面有前纤毛和侧纤毛,分别与食物的运送和水流的产生有关,但不见前侧纤毛。起连接鳃丝作用的丝间连接的上皮为扁平细胞,与普通鳃丝的扁平细胞一样为鳃的呼吸上皮,其组织学和表面结构有助于进行气体交换。大连湾牡蛎鳃的特殊结构为将每16-19根鳃丝连接成一簇的簇内连接,其作用可能与鳃充分利用外套腔的空间有关。

摘  要:
The histological and surface structhes of Ostrea talienwhanensis Crosse are observed with optical and scanning election microscopes. There are frontal cilia and lateral cilia on the surface of the gill filaments, which are related to carrying food particles and generating waer eurrent respectively,but no laterofrontal cilia are found . The epithelia of the interfilament junctions are compeed of flat cells,which axe lespiratory epithelia like the flat cells of the ordinary gill filaments. Their histological and sur face structuxes aie helpful fof air exchange. The special structure of the gill forms intrabunchial junction which joins etery 16 to 19 filarnents into a bunch. It is probably related to making the use of the space of the martle cavity fully.
