国有林业资产管理与运营体制的探讨

摘  要：
作为国有资产不可分割的一部分,国有林业资产对我国林业发展具有至关重要的推动作用,并且在生态环境保护、林产品供应等方面也发挥着重要作用。通过从阐述国有林业资产管理与运营体制现状入手,结合目前国有林业资产管理中的关键问题,着重围绕创新国有林业资产管理与运营体制进行简要分析研究,提出了政策职能相互分离,改善委托关系,深入开展热点调查,有针对性开展管理运营等建议。

摘  要：
As an inseparable part of state-owned assets, state-owned forestry assets play a vital role in promoting China's forestry development. It also plays an important role in ecological environmental protection and forest product supply. Although the state-owned forestry asset management and operation system is gradually improving after long-term practice reforms, some of the problems still have not been resolved in time. Therefore, this paper will focus on the state-owned forestry asset management and operation system,combined with the key issues in the current state-owned forestry asset management. And it focuses on the analysis and research of innovative state-owned forestry asset management and operation system.
