青海省海东市藏羊群中牛病毒性腹泻病毒、羊边界病毒、肠道病毒感染的检测

摘  要：
为掌握青海省海东市藏羊群中牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)、羊边界病病毒(BDV)、羊肠道病毒(CEV)的感染现状,本研究采用RTPCR方法首次对2016—2017年采集于海东市6个县区的96份具有腹泻症状的藏羊粪便样品进行了BVDV、BDV、CEV感染的检测与分析。结果显示,96份藏羊粪便样品中,BVDV阳性感染率为37.50%,BDV阳性感染率为23.96%,CEV阳性感染率为13.54%; BVDV、BDV、CEV单独感染率分别为21.88%、9.38%、4.17%。BVDV/BDV、BVDV/CEV、BDV/CEV、BVDV/BDV/CEV混合感染率分别为9.38%、4.12%、3.13%、2.08%。表明海东市不同县区藏羊群中均存在BVDV、BDV、CEV的单独感染以及混合感染,且混合感染情况比较严重,为海东市藏羊病毒性腹泻的防控积累了资料。

摘  要：
In order to understand the infection status of bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV),border disease virus(BDV) and enterovirus(CEV) in Tibetan sheep in Haidong City,Qinghai Province,this study used the RT-PCR method to detect and analyze the infection of BVDV,BDV,and CEV in the feces samples of 96 Tibetan sheep with the symptom of diarrhea in six counties of Haidong City for the first time.The results showed that,of the 96 feces samples,the positive rate of BVDV infection was 37.50%,that of BDV was 23.96%;and that of CEV was 13.54%;that the positive rates of BVDV,BDV and CEV individual infection were 21.88%,9.38% and 4.17%,respectively;and that the positive rates of of BVDV/BDV,BVDV/CEV,BDV/CEV and BVDV/BDV/CEV mixed infection were 9.38%,4.12%,3.13% and 2.08%,respectively.These data indicated that there were BVDV,BDV,CEV individual infections and mixed infections in Tibetan sheep in Haidong City,and the mixed infections were rather serious,which provided reference for prevention and control of viral diarrhea in Tibetan sheep in Haidong City.
