湿法磷酸净化生产中分相槽、工艺管道等装置的结垢堵塞十分频繁,影响生产的平稳运行。介绍湿法磷酸净化装置清理技术的关键点及结垢机制。提出清理技术方案和清理流程。新方案实施后,系统运行率提升到90%以上,年节约清理费用约250万元。

摘要：

The fouling and blocking of split-phase groove and process pipe in wet-process phosphoric acid purification is very frequent, affecting the production running smoothly. The key point and scaling mechanism of cleaning technics of wet-process purification phosphoric acid plant is introduced. The technology plan and process for cleaning fouling are put forward. After new program is implemented, the system operating rate is increased to more than 90%, the cleaning cost is saved about 2.5 million RMB Yuan per year.
