湿法磷酸净化装置节能改造工艺设计

摘  要:
为降低能耗,采用多效降膜蒸发工艺代替单效强制循环蒸发工艺对溶剂萃取法湿法磷酸净化装置进行改造.分析改造前后工艺流程,介绍改造后主要设备选型及参数控制,并阐述该工艺方案在技术和经济方面的可行性,为湿法磷酸净化装置的节能降耗提供了一个新的途径.

摘  要:
In order to reduce the energy consumption, purification plant of WPA with solvent extraction process is transformed by using multi-effect falling film enrichment process instead of single effect forced circulation evaporation process. The processes before and after the transformation are analyzed. The selection of main equipments and parameter control after the transformation are introduced, and the technical and economic feasibility of the process program are described, providing a new way of saving energy and reducing consumption for purification plant of WPA.
