产品全生命周期节能设计关键技术分析

摘  要:
针对机械产品能耗巨大、能源利用率低的问题,讨论了产品节能设计中的关键技术。基于产品全生命周期,建立了产品能耗信息模型;通过n-m映射,分析了能量因子效用模型;运用IFED3建立了能量因子效用过程模型,提出了能量因子提取策略。对节能优化设计方法和运用现有的反馈信息指导设计的方法进行了分析。

摘  要:
The energy consumed by mechanical products is huge,and its using ratio is low. In view of these problems,several key technologies of product energy-saving design were discussed. Based on the life cycle theory,the information model of product energy-consuming was established. Subsequently,the processing model of energy gene was analyzed through the n-m mapping. The processing model was set up by using the method of IFED3 and the energy gene distilling strategy was put forward. Finally,the optimization of energy-saving design method and the possible feedback mechanisms were discussed respectively.
