蜕皮激素与丝蛋白合成:植源性蜕皮激素对家蚕丝腺蛋白质合成中~3H标记甘氨酸参入活性的影响

摘  要:
用~3H标记甘氨酸参人法证明:家蚕后部丝腺中丝心蛋白的大量合成,是在五龄4日以后,熟蚕时合成活性最高;中部丝腺中丝胶蛋白的大量合成,是在五龄5日以后,以熟前一日合成活性最高。五龄每日低剂量连续添食和前期一次添食植源性蜕皮激素(简称MH),能促进后部丝腺对~3H标记甘氨酸的吸收,显著提高丝心蛋白的合成活性,而抑制中部丝腺的吸收,使丝胶蛋白的合成活性明显下降。本试验结果为阐明外源MH对丝蛋白合成的调节机理提供了直接的证据。

摘  要:
Ry using the method of labelling silkgland proteins with Hglyeine in pivo,it was proved that silk fibroia was extensivedy synthesized in the posterior division of the silkgland in Bombyx mori after the 4th day of the last instar; and the symhetie activity of fibroin was the highest in the silkgland during the maturation of the silkworm. A large amount of sericin protein was synthesized after the 5th day of the last instar and its synthetic activity was the highest on the last day of the 5th instar. The experiments showed that 3H-glycine incorporation into protein of the posterior silkgland was increased by continuous daily administration of phytogenous β-ecdysone (MH) vvith lower dosage during the instar or administration for once in the early stage of the instar. Oral administration of MH would lead to an apparent enhancement in the synthetic activity of fibroin in the posterior silkgland, but also to an inhibition of 3H-gJycine incorporation into the protein of the middle division of the siikgland, indicating the decrease of the synthetic activity of sericin. The results seem to give a direct proof of the regulating ef-fect of MH in protein synthesis of the different parts of the silkgland.
