云南主产烟梗在连续微波膨胀设备上的差异性研究

摘  要:
采用2450MHZ微波膨胀设备处理云南主产烟梗原料,在相同的前处理工艺和微波膨胀参数下,对比分析了云南主产烟梗原料的微波膨胀差异性,包括平均膨胀度和焦糊度2个方面。结果表明:同一品种不同部位的烟梗原料微波膨胀差异性较大,在相同微波功率下,膨胀度指标C>X>B,焦糊度指标X>C>B;同一部位不同品种的烟梗原料微波膨胀差异性较大,在相同微波功率下,膨胀度指标K326>云87>红大,焦糊度差异性不大;同一品种同一部位不同产地的烟梗膨胀度差异性不大,焦糊度指标楚雄>玉溪>大理。烟梗原料的平均膨胀度与烟梗原料的密度有关,焦糊度与烟梗原料的颜色有关。

摘  要:
2450 MHZ microwave expansion equipment was used to treat main tobacco stem materials in Yunnan, and the microwave expansion difference of main tobacco stem materials in Yunnan was compared and analyzed under the same pre-treatment technology and microwave expansion parameters from two aspects of average expansion degree and coke paste degree.The results showed that the difference in microwave expansion of tobacco stem raw materials in different parts of the same species was relatively large.Under the same microwave power, the expansion index was in the order of C > X > B and the coke paste index was in the order of X > C > B.The microwave expansion of different varieties of tobacco stem raw materials in the same part was relatively different.Under the same microwave power, the expansion index was in the order of K326 > Yun 87 > Honda, and the coke paste degree was not very different.The smoke stem expansion degree of the same part of the same area was not very different, and the coke paste degree index was in the order of Chuxiong > Yuxi > Dali.The analysis of the difference showed that the average expansion degree of tobacco stem raw materials was related to the density of tobacco stem raw materials, and the coke paste degree was related to the color of tobacco stem raw materials.
