玉米植株生长叶片组织的离体培养研究

摘  要:
以玉米植株生长叶片组织作为外植体,无菌条件下接种于MS+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA培养基,培养8d,叶片细胞逐渐增殖培养生成芽苗;将芽苗接种于MS+0.5mg/L6-BA+0.8mg/LNAA培养基,培养7d,芽苗周围诱导出玉米幼苗;将玉米幼苗转接入含0.8mg/LNAA的MS培养基中,培养8d,幼苗诱导生根,形成完整的玉米组织培养植株。

摘  要:
Principle of cell almightiness was the basis of plant tissue-culture.The explants of corn lamina were cultivated in the experiment.Results showed that the buds could be directly induced from lamina after inoculating them on MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA medium with 8 days.The buds were inoculated on MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.8 mg/L NAA medium and formed many clumped sprouts and then differentiated gradually into plantlets after 7 days.The excised plantlets could produce root after inoculated on MS medium with 0.8 mg/L NAA after 8 days and developed into normal plants successfully.
