干旱胁迫下丁二醇诱导对不同翦股颖品种种子萌发特性的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫下,诱导剂丁二醇处理对不同品种翦股颖种子萌发的影响.【方法】以翦股颖属的6个品种为供试材料,用不同浓度的两种诱导剂2,3-BD(2,3丁二醇)(0,100,200,300μmol/L)和2R,3R-BD(2R,3R-丁二醇)(0,50,100,150μmol/L)诱导翦股颖种子,采用纸上发芽法(TP)测定在20%PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫下丁二醇诱导对6个品种翦股颖种子萌发和生长的影响.【结果】干旱胁迫条件下,不同浓度的两种丁二醇诱导使种子萌发期一些指标发生变化.对发芽势影响不太明显,对发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、抗旱萌发指数和胁迫指数均有促进作用,且2,3-BD处理相比2R,3R-BD处理效果更显著,其中浓度为200μmol/L的2,3-BD促进作用最明显.【结论】丁二醇诱导能使种子萌发期抗旱能力得到一定的提升,总体来看,200μmol/L的2,3-BD效果最佳,但品种间存在差异.

摘  要:
【Objective】The effect of butanediol treatment on seed germination of different bentgrass cultivars was studied under drought stress simulated by PEG-6000.【Method】Under the simulated drought stress with 20% PEG-6000,the TP method was used to determine the effect of different concentrations of two inducers including 2,3-BD(0,100,200,300μmol/L)and 2 R,3 R-BD(0,50,100,150μmol/L)on the seed germination and growth of six bentgrass cultivars.【Result】Under the drought stress,the two kinds of butanediol with different concentrations induced some changes in seed germination indexes,except for the germination potential,the germination rate,germination index,vigor index,drought-resistant germination index and stress index were all promoted,and the effect of 2,3-BD treatment was more obvious than2 R,3 R-BD,and the concentration of 200μmol/L 2,3-BD showed the most obvious promoting effect.【Conclusion】The butanediol induction improved drought resistance in seed germination of bentgrass and 200μmol/L 2,3-BD had the best promoting effect and there was difference among cultivars.
