青年医务人员膳食和营养状况调查

摘  要：
目的:调查青年医务人员的值班期间的膳食摄入与营养健康现状,为有效改善医务人员营养健康状况提供科学依据。方法:采用随机抽样问卷调查的方法,对某医院年龄18—40岁的各系列医务人员进行调查,了解身高、体重、膳食摄入变化情况,回收有效问卷218份。结果:医务人员营养不良比例总计22%(49/218),其中营养过剩19%(42/218),营养不足3%(7/218),医生和医技人员体质指数和营养过剩的发生率均高于护士(P<0.05)。医生营养摄入受损发生率(17%)高于护士和医技人员(P<0.05)。高年龄组医务人员体质指数和营养过剩的发生率显著高于低年龄组医务人员,营养不足的发生率显著低于低年龄组医务人员(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员膳食摄入和营养健康现状有待于改善,需采取有效措施关注医务人员健康管理。

摘  要：
Objective To survey dietary intakes and nutrition status of young medical staff,and provide scientific basis for improving nutrition status of medical staff. Method 218 young medical staffs aged 18—40 year old in a hospital were sampled randomly and surveyed on height,weight,dietary changes by questionnaire. Result The percent of overnutrition medical staffs was 22%( 49 /218),including overnutrition( 19%,42 /218) and undernutrition( 3%,7 /218). Body mass indexes of doctors and medical technicians were higher than those of nurses( P < 0. 05). Nutritional intake of doctors decreased more than that of nurses and medical technicians( P < 0. 05). Body mass index and overnutrition rate of young medical staff in higher age group was significantly higher than in lower age group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Dietary intake and nutritional status of young medical staff needs to be improved. Effective measures should be taken to focus on health management of medical staff.
