Al3+改性CaMoO4:Pr3+荧光粉的发光性能

摘  要:
采用高温固相法合成了Al3+掺杂的CaMoO4:Pr3+系列荧光粉,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、荧光光谱仪等仪器对样品的物相、组成、结构及发光性能等进行了表征.X射线衍射结果表明,本次试验成功制备了CaMoO4:Pr3+,Al3+系列荧光粉,Pr3+离子和Al3+离子的共掺杂没有改变CaMoO4基质的晶体结构;荧光光谱表明,CaMoO4:Pr3+,Al3+的3P0→3H6跃迁的发光强度随Al3+离子掺杂浓度的增加呈先增大后降低的变化趋势,当Al3+离子掺杂浓度为0.07时,发光强度达到最大,说明添加一定量的Al3+可以提高CaMoO4:Pr3+材料的发光强度.

摘  要:
Al~(3+)-doped CaMoO_4:Pr~(3+) phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid-state method. The phase, structure and luminescent properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and fluorescence spectrometer. XRD results showed that CaMoO_4:Pr~(3+) and Al~(3+) phosphors were successfully synthesized. When Pr~(3+) and Al~(3+) ionswere introduced into CaMoO_4 host, the crystal structuredid not change. The photoluminescence emission spectra indicated that the luminescence intensity of the transition ~3P_0→~3H_6 of CaMoO_4:Pr~(3+), Al~(3+)increased first and then decreasedwith the increase of doping concentration of Al~(3+) ions. When the doping concentration of Al~(3+)was 0.07, the luminescence intensity reachedthe maximum, indicating that adding a certain amount of Al~(3+) can improve the luminescence intensity of CaMoO_4:Pr~(3+) phosphors.
