摘  要:
采用高温固相法合成了荧光粉基质Y_2WO_6,并且制备了Y_(2-x)WO_6∶xSm~(3+)(x=0,0.005,0.010,0.020,0.025)系列红色荧光粉。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和荧光光谱仪等试验仪器,对荧光粉样品的晶体结构和发光性能进行了表征。结果表明,Sm~(3+)离子成功掺入Y_2WO_6基质中,合成的荧光粉粒径小于5μm,其激发波长范围为240~340 nm。发射带的中心位于453 nm处,发射峰分别位于565,613,657 nm处。当Sm~(3+)的掺杂摩尔分数x=0.005时,荧光粉的发射强度达到峰值。以上结果表明,Y_2WO_6∶Sm~(3+)荧光粉在白光二极管(WLEDs)上具有潜在的应用价值。

摘  要:
The matrix Y_2WO_6 was synthesized by high temperature solid phase method, and a series of Y_(2-x)WO_6∶xSm~(3+)(x=0, 0.005, 0.010, 0.020, 0.025) phosphors were prepared. The crystal structure and luminescence properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and fluorescence spectrometer. The results showed that the Sm~(3+) ions were successfully incorporated into the matrix Y_2WO_6. The particle size of the synthesized phosphor was less than 5 μm, and its excitation wavelength ranged from 240 to 340 nm. The center of the emission band was at 453 nm, and the emission peaks were at 565, 613 and 657 nm, respectively. When the doping mole fraction of Sm~(3+) was x=0.005, the emission intensity of phosphors reached the peak. The above results show that Y_2WO_6∶Sm~(3+) phosphors have potential application value in white light diodes(WLEDs).
