中国台湾地区食物消费变化特征及对大陆的启示

摘  要：
中国台湾过去60年居民食物消费发生了显著变化,主要特征是食物消费随经济发展呈现阶段性变化。在达到小康生活水平之前,居民对各类食物的消费量总体呈增长态势,食物消费模式属于主食类食物为主导的饮食模式。在小康向富裕过渡时期,食物消费结构调整显著,口粮消费大幅下降,副食类食物消费大幅增长,食物消费模式进入以副食为主导的时代。达到富裕生活水平后,各类食物消费量均呈下降趋势。参照台湾食物消费变化特征,预测中国大陆未来10年食物消费变化的趋势是:居民口粮消费呈下降趋势;水果、肉蛋奶及水产品等高附加值的食物消费呈快速增长态势。根据食物消费变化趋势,制定符合居民食物消费需求的食物生产、贸易政策,才能确保食物安全。

摘  要：
During the past 60 years,Taiwan China residents' food consumption has undergone significant changes,and the main feature is that the food consumption has presented a step change in pace with the economic development. Before reaching the well-off standard of living,various types of food consumption showed a overall rising trend,and the food consumption pattern belonged to staple foods as the leading mode. From the well-off to rich,the structure of food consumption showed a significant adjustment,the staple food consumption dropped significantly,and non-staple food consumption grew substantially. Thus,the food consumption pattern entered a non-staple food dominated era. After reaching the affluent living standard,various types of food consumption showed a downward trend. Changes of food consumption in Taiwan China predicted mainland food consumption trends over the next 10 years: the staple food consumption would be on the decline; the high value-added food consumption would grow rapidly,such as fruit,meat,eggs,milk and aquatic products. Therefore,we should make food production and trade policy accordcing to residents' food consumption trends to ensure food security.
