生物黑炭和氮肥配施对茶树光合特性的影响

摘  要:
为探讨生物黑炭、氮肥配施及其交互作用对茶树光合特性的影响,设置生物黑炭施用3个水平,分别为B0(0 t·hm~(-2),不施生物黑炭)、B1(16 t·hm~(-2))、B2(32 t·hm~(-2));3个氮肥施用水平,分别为N0(0kg·hm~(-2),不施氮肥)、N1(225 kg·hm~(-2))、N2(450 kg·hm~(-2)),双因素完全实施方案。结果表明,生物黑炭施用显著提高茶树净光合速率,B1、B2处理茶树净光合速率分别比B0处理提高13.99%和6.25%;氮肥施用显著提高茶树净光合速率,N1、N2施氮水平茶树净光合速率分别比NO处理提高22.06%和17.60%;氮肥与生物黑炭配施的交互作用对茶树净光合速率影响不显著(P>0.05)。生物黑炭和氮肥施用以及两者之间的交互作用均显著提高了茶树叶绿素a及叶绿素总量,有利于茶树更有效地进行光合作用。

摘  要:
A field experiment was conducted to determine the effect of combined application of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer on the photosynthetic characteristics of tea plants. Three biochar application rates,0(CK),16 t · hm~(-2)(B1),and 32 t · hm~(-2)(B2),along with 3 nitrogen fertilizer application rates,0(NO),225 kg · hm ~(-2)(N1),and450 kg · hm~(-2)(N2), were applied. The results showed the net photosynthetic rate of the tea plants was increased with B1 by 13. 99%,and B2 by 6. 25%,over CK; and,it was significantly improved with N1 by 22. 06%,and N2 by 17. 60%, over N0. Although combining biochar and nitrogen fertilizer in the application did not significantly alter the net photosynthetic rate(P>0.05),the contents of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll in tea leaves were increased which would effectively enhance the photosynthesis for the plants.
