施用生物黑炭对烤烟镉吸收的抑制效应

摘  要:
生物黑炭是适宜在烟田广泛施用的有机物料。以烟秆和玉米秸秆为原料制得生物黑炭,利用室内培养及温室盆栽试验,探讨不同生物黑炭对植烟土壤镉吸附、烟株生长及镉吸收的影响。研究结果表明,施用生物黑炭能增强土壤对镉的吸附能力,并促进烟株的生长。在土壤中添加镉后,烟株的生长受到明显抑制,但生物黑炭的施入能显著降低烟株的镉吸收量而减轻镉的毒害作用,且随其施用量的增加效果更加显著。两种生物黑炭中,以施用烟秆黑炭的效果更为理想。

摘  要:
It is important to apply appropriate organic matters in the tobacco fields,and bicharcoal maybe a suitable choice.In the research,incubation and pot trials in green house were carried out to explore the effect of the application of bicharcoal,which were produced by straw of maize or tobacco,on soil Cd adsorption,growth and Cd absorption of tobacco.The results showed that the the application of bicharcoal increased the ability of soil to adsorption Cd,and improved the growth of tobacco.The addition of Cd in the soils restrained the growth of tobacco,but the application of bicharcoal inhibited plant Cd absorption,and alleviated the damage of Cd on tobacco growth.The positive effect of bicharcoal enhanced with its' increased amount,and the bicharcoal produced by tobacco straw had more advantage than that produced by maize straw.
