小麦草蘑菇培养料发酵技术研究简报

摘  要:
不同发酵方式制备的小麦草蘑菇培养料的质量及蘑菇的产员有较大的差异。试验结果表明,在其它条件相同的情况下,室内二次发酵的培养料比室外一次发酵的增产40.8%;室外堆制发酵翻堆两次后,改小堆进行空心发酵的培养料比室外一次发酵的增产33.8%,其增产幅度同室内二次发酵的较为接近,且耗资少,省工简便。

摘  要:
The preliminary study showed that the quality of wheat straw compost with different fermentation technology and the yield of Agaricus bisporus differed greatly. The A. bisporus yield of indoor second-phase compost increased by 40.8% over the outdoor first-phase compost under the same conditions. While the A. bisporus yield of small hollow heap fermentation compost, turned over twice during fermentation, increased by 33.8% over the outdoor first-phase compost. There was a similar yield increment ratio between indoor second-phase compost and small hollow heap fermentation compost which had an advantage over the former in less cost and manpower.
