The research status quo of tea quality about the Rizhao green tea was summarized on the tea planting,harvest season,processing technology,quality research,heavy metal and pesticide residues in this article.The related research papers were analyzed.The research direction improving the tea quality was pointed out.The evidence to develop the Rizhao green tea will be offered.
