政务服务研究热点主题及演进态势分析——基于Citespace的可视化研究

摘  要：
运用文献计量法和可视化软件Citespace,对1950—2019年4月知网数据库的1 886篇政务服务研究的文献进行计量研究和可视化分析,展现政务服务的研究现状、热点主题及演进态势,从而绘制政务服务研究的知识图谱。据此归纳政务服务研究的热点主题与研究趋势,并根据可视化软件的突现图梳理网络化、透明化、科学化及服务化的研究趋势。从研究现状、研究主题及未来研究趋势得出结论:未来的研究仍需扎根实践,深度挖掘其本质属性,助力服务型政府建设。

摘  要：
Using bibliometrics and visualization software Citespace, carry out quantitative research and visual analysis of 1886 government service research documents from HowNet Database from 1950 to April 2019, showing the research status, hot topics and evolutionary trends of government service. Knowledge Graph for Government Service Research. Based on this, the hot topics and research trends of government service research are summarized, and the research trends of networked, transparent, scientific, and serviced are sorted out according to the emergence maps of visualization software. It is concluded that future research still needs to take root in practice, deeply explore its essential attributes, and help build a service-oriented government.
