2%双唑草腈颗粒剂液相色谱串联质谱的分析方法

摘  要:
为建立一种液相色谱串联质谱测定双唑草腈颗粒剂的定量分析方法,以Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18为色谱柱,乙腈-0. 1%甲酸水(体积比为55∶45)为流动相,在流速0. 8 mL/min条件下,用HPLCMS通过ESI离子源正离子模式扫描测定双唑草腈含量。结果表明,在0. 02~0. 80 mg/L范围内,双唑草腈浓度与丰度线性关系良好(r2=0. 999 4),回收率为98. 10%~101. 04%,相对标准偏差小于5. 0%。表明本方法精密度和准确度较高,是一种检测双唑草腈较为理想的分析方法。

摘  要:
To develop an analytical method for pyraclonil by HPLC-MS,the content of pyraclonil in the samples was determined by positive ion mode scanning of ESI ion source using HPLC-MS and taking Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 and acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid water(55 ∶ 45 by volume) as chromatographic column and mobile phase respectively with the flow velocity of 0. 8 mL/min. Results showed that the linear relationship between the concentration of pyraclonil and abundance was well under the range of 0. 02 ~ 0. 8 mg/L(r2= 0. 999 4),the rates of recovery were 98. 10% ~ 101. 04%,the relative standard deviations were lower than 5. 0%. It indicated that the method had high precision and accuracy,which was a more ideal test analysis method for the determination of pyraclonil.
