晚直播条件下,以中熟中粳超级稻品种连粳7号及早熟优质灌浆快的直立穗型品种连粳15号为试验材料,设置4种氮肥水平,通过水稻籽粒灌浆过程中的动态取样,应用Richard方程对籽粒灌浆过程进行拟合,研究淮北主推品种不同粒位籽粒灌浆特性及其品质对氮肥施用量的响应。结果表明:随施氮量的增加,产量先显著增加后降低,强、弱势粒粒重、灌浆速率、最大和平均灌浆速率减小;与强势粒相比,弱势粒粒重较轻,最大灌浆速率和平均灌浆速率较小,到达最大灌浆速率时间较迟,活跃灌浆期较长。连粳15号二次枝梗籽粒灌浆启动早,灌浆速率较连粳7号快,进入灌浆盛期早,籽粒充实紧密。连粳7号一次枝梗籽粒灌浆速率下降后,二次枝梗籽粒灌浆速率才有较大上升;二次枝梗籽粒较多导致其充实度较低、结实率下降、出米率不高。随施氮量的增加,整精米率显著下降且相同氮水平下品种间差异显著;连粳7号垩白粒率、垩白度呈增长趋势,差异显著;连粳15号垩白粒率降低,垩白度先升后降。

On the condition of late simplifed,four nitrogen fertilizer treatments were set up for early-maturing,highquality and fast-filling Lianjing 15 and Medium-maturing japonicasuper rice Lianjing 7,which were N0(0 kg·hm~(-2)),N1(150 kg·hm~(-2)),N2(225 kg·hm~(-2))and N3(300 kg·hm~(-2)).Dynamic sampling during grain filling process was used to explore the grain filling characteristics of two rice varieties at different grain positions.The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of nitrogen application level on filling characteristics and quality of strong and weak grains of two main varieties under precise and quantitative burrow sowing.The process of grain filling was fitted by Richard equation.The results showed that the yield of two rice cultivars increased first and then decreased significantly,the grain weight,grain filling rate,maximum grain filling rate and average grain filling rate in superior and inferior of two japonica rice cultivars were decreased or significantly decreased,the time to reach the maximum grain filling rate and active filling stage increase or increase significantly.Compared with the superior spikelets,the grain weight of inferior spikelets was lighter,the maximum grain filling rate and average grain filling rate of inferior spikelets were smaller,the time of reaching the maximum grain filling rate was later and the active filling period was longer.The yield of Lianjing 7 was slightly higher than that of Lianjing 15,while the percentage of whole milled rice was significantly lower than that of Lianjing 15.After the grain filling rate of primary branch of Lianjing 7 decreased,the grain filling rate of secondary branch increased significantly,and the grain filling rate of secondary branch of Lianjing 7 decreased with the increase of secondary branch grain.The grain filling rate of primary branch of Lianjing 15 was high,and the grain filling rate of secondary branch was fast in the middle stage.Although the grain filling rate of secondary branch was low,it entered the peak stage of grain filling earlier.The longer grain filling duration in the middle and late stages made the secondary branch grain filling compact.The head milled rice rate decreased significantly with the increase of nitrogen application rate,and there were significant differences among varieties at the same nitrogen level.With the increase of nitrogen application,the chalky grain rate and chalkiness of Lianjing 7 increased,and the difference was significant.The chalky grain rate of Lianjing 15 decreased,and the chalkiness first increased and then decreased.In grain type,the ratio of length to width of Lianjing 15 increased under N3,the grain length increased.
