响应面法优化水酶法提取火麻仁油的研究

摘  要:
采用Alcalase 2.4L碱性内切蛋白酶对火麻仁进行酶解提取火麻仁油。在单因素实验基础上,应用响应面法对火麻仁油水酶法提取条件进行了优化。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:加酶量7 100 U/g,酶解温度61℃,酶解时间3.7 h,料液比1∶3.8,酶解p H 8。在此条件下,火麻仁油提取率为93.82%。所得火麻仁油呈淡黄色,澄清透明,具有火麻仁特有的香味。

摘  要:
Fructus cannabis oil was extracted from fructus cannabis by enzyme-assisted aqueous extraction with Alcalase 2.4 L.Based on single factor experiment response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of fructus cannabis oil.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows enzyme dosage 7 100 U/g enzymolysis temperature 61 ℃,enzymolysis time 3.7 h,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶ 3.8,enzymolysis pH 8.Under these conditions the extraction rate of fructus cannabis oil could reach93.82% and the oil was light yellow,clear and transparent with the unique flavor of fructus cannabis.
