文章针对我国大小兴安岭生态建设存在的森林蓄积量锐减、森林质量下降、生态功能与森林景观系统完整性受到破坏等问题,提出了注重落实保护优先、停止商业采伐、加大林权制度改革步伐、建立大小兴安岭生态特区等7项对策建议。

摘  要：
According to Daxing’anling and Xiaoxing’anling forest reserves exist in sharp decline, forest decline in the quality, ecological function and integrity of the system by the destruction of forest landscape issues, the paper proposed such seven recommendations as focus on the implementation of conservation priorities, and stop commercial logging, to increase the pace of forest tenure reform system reform, to establish special ecological zone of Daxing’anling and Xiaoxing’anling.
