摘  要:
采用通径分析方法,以体质量为依变量,其他主要形态性状为自变量计算了6月龄赤点石斑鱼Epinephelus akaara形态特征的通径系数和决定系数。结果表明:体质量、全长、体长、体高和头长间两两呈现极显著差异水平(P<0.01);各性状对体质量的直接影响不同,全长对体质量的直接作用最大,通径系数为0.611,全长与头长(0.4137)共同对体质量起主要决定作用。所测各性状对体质量的总决定系数为0.9241,表明所选性状是影响体质量的主要性状;对该阶段赤点石斑鱼进行以体质量为主的选择育种,可以体质量为主,结合全长、体长和体高进行选择育种。

摘  要:
The path coefficient and determination coefficient were calculated via path analysis correlation of morphological characteristics with body weight in 6-month-old redspotted grouper Epinephelus akaara. The morphological traits including body weight, total length, body length, body height and head length were shown to have jointly significance level(P<0.01). It was found that there was different effect of the morphological traits on body weight, total length having the greatest direct effect on body weight, with the path coefficient of 0.611, the total length and head length(0.4137)having a decisive influence on body weight. The total decision coefficient of various characters to body weight was found to be 0.9241,indicating that the morphological characters selected here are the main body weight properties. In selection breeding of redspotted grouper at this phase, total length, body height, and body length should be considered for the indirect selective breeding of body weight.
