固相萃取-气相色谱法测定油料和植物油中草除灵

摘  要:
建立了固相萃取-气相色谱法测定油料和植物油中草除灵残留量。油料和植物油中草除灵残留分别经乙腈、正己烷饱和乙腈溶液提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.001~0.10 mg/L范围内,草除灵的峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 4。草除灵在2种不同基质中的平均回收率为74.4%~110.9%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~6.8%,方法的定量限为0.05 mg/kg。本方法为油料和植物油中草除灵残留量的有效检测方法。

摘  要:
A method was developed by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography for determination of benazolin-ethyl in oilseed and oil. The analytes were extracted with acetonitrile, acetonitrile/n-hexane saturated solution, cleaned up on Florisil SPE column, then analyzed by GC-ECD. The results demonstrated that the calibration curve was linear with the correlation coefficient of 0. 999 4. The average recoveries of benazolin-ethyl in two matrixes were 74.4%-110.9%, and the relative standard deviations were 3.1%-6.8%. The limit of quantification(LOQ) of the method was 0.05 mg/kg. This method was suitable and effective for the determination of benazolin-ethyl residues in oilseed and oil.
