高效液相色谱法测定草除灵在土壤中降解规律

摘  要:
[目的]检测土壤中草除灵的降解规律。[方法]以丙酮提取,SPE-Florisil柱层析净化,高效液相色谱(UV)测定,以外标法定量。[结果]方法最小检出量为1.0×10-10g,最低检出质量分数为0.01 mg/kg,在土壤中添加回收率平均为94.30%,相对标准偏差平均为5.35%。[结论]试验方法符合农药残留检测要求,在土壤中草除灵理论半衰期为9.6~12.5 d,施药后5 d,消解率超过50%,施药后28 d,消解率超过85%。

摘  要:
The degradation regularity of benazolin in soils was studied.[Methods] Benazolin in soils was extracted by acetone,cleaned by SPE-Florisil,and checked by HPLC with UV detection,based on external standard calibration curve.[Results] The results showed that the minimum detectable level was 1.0×10-10 g,the minimum detectable concentration was 0.01 mg/kg,the average reclaim ratio in soils was 94.30%,and the relative standard deviation was 5.35%.[Conclusions] The method was fitted for the demand of pesticide residue analysis and detection.The theoretical half life of benazolin in soils was 9.6-12.5 d,and the residue dissipation 5 and 28 d after application were above 50 and 85% respectively.
