外源抗虫基因对棉花杂种优势的影响

摘  要:
为研究外源抗虫基因对棉花杂种优势的影响,本研究通过对3对杂交棉组合的产量性状和品质性状的分析得出,外源基因的引入,可以提高杂交棉产量,但对棉花品质性状的改变并没有显著的影响。转基因杂交棉组合的产量性状和品质性状的相关性为负相关,产量和产量构成要素之间呈极显著正相关,品质和品质构成要素之间多呈正相关。

摘  要:
The yield and quality characters of three hybrid cotton combinations were analyzed to study the effect of exogenous insect resistance genes on cotton heterosis.The results showed that the introduction of exogenous genes could improve yield of hybrid cotton but had no significant effect on quality character of hybrid cotton,there was a negative correlation between yield character and quality character of transgenic hybrid cotton,there was a very significant correlation between yield and yield composition factors and there was the positive correlation between quality and quality composition factors mostly.
