转基因抗虫杂交棉F_1纤维品质优势比较

摘  要:
2007—2008年以11个新配置的杂交组合和对照农杂66为材料,通过田间比较试验,检测了主要纤维品质指标。结果表明:除反射率外,纤维长度、比强度、伸长率、麦克隆值、黄度、短纤维指数、整齐度各组合(品种)间存在显著差异或极显著差异;从纤维品质的整体方面来看,参试组合中纤维品质最好的是农杂417,其次是农杂420,最差的是农杂441;从各组合纤维品质性状变异系数的均值来看,黄度的变异系数最大,平均为10.04%,整齐度的变异系数最小,平均为0.59%,大小依次为:黄度>麦克隆值>短纤维指数>比强度>伸长率>长度>反射率>整齐度。

摘  要:
The transgenic hybrids varieties have been widely planted in cotton production zone of China.The application of the hybrid insectresistant cotton can,on one hand,keep its resistance to insect while greatly increasing its yielding,on the other hand,the problems of fiber quality is also gradually being stressed and considered.The study was conducted to compare with fiber quality variances of firstgeneration hybrids(F1) of 11 hybrids varieties,offered by Cotton Research Institute of Hunan Agricultural University.These varieties were planted in the experimentation station of Hunan Agricultural University in 2007—2008 in changsha.The results showed that the sample means of F1 fiber properties,such as staple length,fiber strength,fiber elongation,fiber spinning uniformity index,fiber fines(Micronaire),degree of yellowness and uniformity of fiber length were significant different or most significant different.For the integer fiber quality of all the blocks,Nong Za417 was the best fiber quality;the second was Nong Za420.In contrast,the worst variety was Nong Za441.The average value of the variation coefficients of the all the fiber quality characters showed that the degree of yellowness had the largest variation coefficient,namely 10.04%.The uniformity of fiber length had the smallest variation coefficient,namely 1.54%.The average value of the variation coefficients could be arranged in size:degree of yellowness> Micronair value >short fiber index>fiber strength>the elongation percentage > fiber length>reflection ratio a>uniformity of fiber length.
