大恒肉鸡CYR61基因在不同组织中的表达差异研究

摘  要:
为研究CYR61基因对鸡肌肉生长发育的影响,试验利用定量PCR方法对CYR61基因在大恒肉鸡不同组织、不同生长发育阶段的表达差异进行对比分析,并绘制1~10周龄的体重曲线和周龄增重曲线。结果表明:2,6,10周龄CYR61基因在腿肌、胸肌和肝脏组织均有表达,其中胸肌组织2,10周龄的表达量极显著高于腿肌组织(P <0. 01),腿肌组织6周龄的表达量显著高于胸肌组织(P <0. 05);胸肌组织与腿肌组织具有相似的基因表达模式,其中胸肌组织6周龄表达量极显著高于10周龄(P<0. 01),显著高于2周龄(P<0. 05),腿肌组织6周龄表达量极显著高于10周龄和2周龄(P<0. 01)。说明CYR61基因在孵化后肉鸡生长发育过程中有重要的调控作用。

摘  要:
In order to research the effect of CYR61 gene on growth and development of chicken muscle,quantitative PCR method was used in this experiment to detect differential expression of CYR61 gene in different tissues and different growth stages of Daheng broilers,and comparative analysis was carried out. Body weight growth curve and weight gain curve from 1 to 10 weeks old were drew. The results showed that CYR61 gene was expressed in leg muscle,chest muscle and liver tissue at 2,6,10 weeks old,in which its expression level in chest muscle was significantly higher than that in leg muscle(P<0. 01) at 2,10 weeks old,while it was higher than that in chest muscle(P<0. 05) at 6 weeks old,and it was in leg muscle at 6 weeks old significantly higher than that at 2,10 weeks old(P<0. 01). The results suggested that CYR61 gene plays an important role in regulating the growth and development of broilers after hatching.
