虞美人花部性状的遗传稳定性研究

摘  要：
[目的]探究虞美人花部性状的稳定遗传性。[方法]以10个花部性状不同的虞美人植株为试材,2008和2009年观察了各植株花部性状的变化情况;2009年进行套袋试验,观察套袋对虞美人花部性状的影响。[结果]2008年有2个材料的花部性状未发生变化,但至2009年,这2个材料的花部性状均有较大变化;套袋对于花部性状的变化无任何影响。[结论]虞美人的花部性状不能稳定遗传。

摘  要：
[Objective] The study aimed to explore the genetic stability of floral characters of Papaver rhoeas L. [Method] With 10 Papaver rhoeas L. as test material which has different floral characters,the changes of floral characters of 10 plants were observed in 2008 and 2009,at the same time,the effects of bagging on floral characters were observed in 2009. [Result] There were 2 plants′ floral characters had no changes in 2008,but they were bigger changes in 2009; there were no effect of bagging on floral characters of Papaver rhoeas L. [Conclusion] The floral characters of Papaver rhoeas L. can not stably inherited.
