虞美人种子生物学特性研究

摘  要:
为了研究不同保存年限虞美人种子的萌发率、吸水特性和休眠特性,测定了新旧种子的吸水率和在0,1,5,10,15,20,25 mg/L质量浓度赤霉素处理下种子的发芽势、发芽率,并对种子不同休眠期的发芽情况进行了测定。结果表明,虞美人新种子的吸水量显著高于旧种子,种子的吸水能力在一定程度上表明了种子的萌动能力;种子保存2 a后其发芽率显著下降,约下降50%左右,15 mg/L赤霉素处理可以更好地促进虞美人旧种子的萌发;虞美人的休眠期为90 d左右,5 d发芽率可达90%以上。

摘  要:
In the paper different storage life of poppy seed germination rate, water absorption characteristic and dormancy characteristics were studied. Determination of the old and the new seed water absorption rate and in 0, 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 mg/L concentration of gibberellin on seed germination potential, germination rate, and the seeds of different period of dormancy germination rate were determined. The results showed that: Poppy new seed water content is significantly higher than that in the old seed, seed water absorption capacity in a certain extent means seed germinating ability. Seed saving two years after its germination rate will drop significantly about 50%, the concentration of 15 mg/L GA3could promote the old corn poppy seed germination. Poppy dormant for a period of 90 days, 5 days of germination rate more than 90%.
