消毒剂和抗生素对硝化细菌活性的影响

摘  要:
硝化细菌是一种在水产养殖中应用较为普遍的微生态制剂,对于养殖水体水质净化至关重要,养殖系统中消毒剂和抗生素的使用会对硝化细菌活性产生不同程度的影响。本研究选取4种消毒剂(高锰酸钾、硫酸铜、戊二醛和84消毒液)和2种抗生素(土霉素和磺胺),研究不同浓度条件下消毒剂和抗生素对硝化细菌菌剂活性的影响。结果表明,4种消毒剂中高锰酸钾和硫酸铜对硝化细菌活性的抑制作用明显,24h和48h对硝化细菌50%抑制率浓度均低于全池泼洒消毒的标准使用量,戊二醛24h和48h对硝化细菌50%抑制率浓度分别为0.15和0.07mg/L,抑制作用随时间而增长,84消毒液对硝化细菌的抑制作用最小。2种抗生素对硝化细菌活性抑制作用明显低于消毒剂,其中土霉素的抑制作用最小,且随时间增长抑制作用降低。

摘  要:
Nitrifying bacteria preparation is widely used in aquaculture and is essential for the purification of water quality.Disinfectants and antibiotics used in aquaculture systems have different degrees of impact on the activity of nitrifying bacteria.In this paper,4 kinds of disinfectants(potassium permanganate,copper sulfate,glutaraldehyde and 84 disinfectant) and 2 kinds of antibiotics(oxytetracycline and sulfamethoxazole) were selected to study different concentrations of disinfectants and antibiotics on the activity of nitrifying bacteriThe results showed that the inhibition effects of potassium permanganate and copper sulfate on the activity of nitrifying bacteria were more significantly,24 h EC50 and 48 h EC50 were less than disinfection standard usage in aquaculture.The inhibition effect of glutaraldehyde increased over time and 24 h EC50 and 48 h EC50 were 0.15and 0.07 mg/L.The inhibition effect of 84 disinfectant was least in 4 kinds of disinfectants.The inhibition effects of 2 kinds of antibiotics were less than disinfectants,and the inhibition effect of oxytetracycline on activity of nitrifying bacteria reduced over time.
