明清家具匠师劃线的工艺原则及措施

摘要：

劃线工艺是指用铅笔、角尺、线勒子等木工劃线工具在已加工出的家具各零件净料上劃出其上所具有的榫眼、榫头、槽口的具体位置、大小及形状,并在榫眼及槽口的位置标出榫眼及槽口深度尺寸。论文在整理传统匠师选料、劃线的工艺原则及经常采用的工艺措施的基础上,结合具体的实例,分析了其内在的合理性和科学性,这对于"明式家具制作技艺"、"京作硬木家具制作技艺"等国家非物质文化遗产的传承及明清硬木家具的现代生产具有一定的借鉴意义。

摘要：

The drawing technique is to draw the specific place sizes of ortises,tenons,and rabbets on the furniture components,which have already been processed,and mark the depth sizes of ortises and rabbets in the position beside them with pencil,square rule,"Leidao",drawing needle and so on.This paper,based on sorting the drawing technique' s process principle and measures of traditional artisan,combined with the specific cases,analyzed the internal rationality and scientific attributes of process principle and measures of traditional artisan to provide reference for inheriting the national intangible cultural heritage of Ming style furniture production techniques and Jingzuo style furniture manufacturing technology,and producing the Ming and Qing hardwood furniture.
