摘  要:
mRNA疫苗因具有高效、安全、研发速度快等优点成为近年来的研究热点,许多修饰策略优化的mRNA疫苗陆续被研发出来并在传染病和肿瘤的防控与治疗方面展示出巨大的应用潜力。文章综述了mRNA疫苗分类、结构功能及改进策略、作用机制、给药方式和递送系统及其在传染病和肿瘤防控、治疗方面的应用等,以期为后续研究mRNA疫苗提供理论参考。

摘  要:
mRNA vaccine has become a research hotspot in recent years due to its advantages of high efficiency, safety and fast development speed. Many mRNA vaccines with optimized modification strategies have been developed and have shown great application potential in the prevention, control and treatment of infectious diseases and tumors. In this article, the classification, structure and function of mRNA vaccine, its improvement strategy, mechanism of action, mode of administration and delivery system, and its application in the prevention, control and treatment of infectious diseases and tumors were reviewed, in order to provide theoretical reference for the follow-up research on mRNA vaccine.
