摘 要:
本试验旨在研究八角提取物(IVE)和杜仲叶提取物(ELE)对杜*长*大(DLY)和本土里岔黑(LCB)断奶仔猪免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响.选择体重[(11.22±0.32) kg]相近的健康DLY和LCB断奶仔猪各48头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头猪(DLY和LCB各4头).对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮的基础上添加500 mg/kg IVE、250 mg/kg ELE和50 mg/kg金霉素(CHL)的试验饲粮.预试期7 d,正试期42 d.结果表明:1)与对照组相比,IVE和ELE组DLY和LCB断奶仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)、背最长肌中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(24和48 h)、十二指肠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(GPx4)的mRNA相对表达量显著增加(P<0.05),而血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05).2)与对照组相比,IVE组DLY和LCB断奶仔猪的血清总蛋白含量显著增加(P <0.05); ELE组DLY和LCB断奶仔猪的外周血淋巴细胞增殖率和血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著增加(P<0.05).3) LCB断奶仔猪的平均日采食量(ADFI)、料重比(F/G)、脾脏指数及血清尿素氮、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、丙二醛(MDA)(48 h)含量显著高于DLY断奶仔猪(P<0.05),而ADG、血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量、背长肌中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(24 h)、十二指肠和空肠中GPx4的mRNA相对表达量显著低于DLY断奶仔猪(P<0.05).4)仔猪品种与饲粮添加剂的交互作用对断奶仔猪的ADG、ADFI、F/G和血清IgM含量有显著影响(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮中添加IVE和ELE可提高断奶仔猪的抗氧化能力,提高机体免疫功能,DLY和LCB断奶仔猪对IVE和ELE的抗氧化和免疫效应不同,LCB断奶仔猪的自身免疫优于DLY断奶仔猪,而生长性能、背最长肌、十二指肠和空肠的抗氧化能力不如DLY断奶仔猪.

摘 要:
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Illicium verum extracts( IVE) and Eucommia ulmoides leaves extracts( ELE) on immune function and antioxidant capacity of Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire( DLY) and Chinese native Licha-black( LCB) weaned piglets. Forty-eight healthy DLY and 48 healthy LCB weaned piglets with similar body weight of( 11.22±0.32) kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 8 piglets( 4 DLY and 4 LCB piglets) per replicate. Piglets in control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 500 mg/kg IVE,250 mg/kg ELE and 50 mg/kg chlortetracycline( CHL),respectively. The trial period lasted for 42 days after7 days adaptation. The results showed as follows: 1) compared with control group,average daily gain( ADG),superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity( 24 and 48 h) of longissimus dorsi muscle and mRNA relative expression level of glutathione peroxidase 4( G Px4) of duodenum of DLY and LCB weaned piglets in IVE and ELE groups were significantly increased( P<0.05),but urea nitrogen content in serum in IVE and ELE groups was significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). 2) Compared with control group,total protein content in serum of DLY and LCB weaned piglets in IVE group was significantly increased( P<0.05),and peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation rate and immunoglobulin A( IgA) content in serum of DLY and LCB weaned piglets in ELE group were significantly increased( P<0.05). 3) Average daily feed intake( ADFI),the ratio of feed to gain( F/G),spleen index,and serum urea nitrogen,lowdensity lipoprotein( LDL),immunoglobulin M( IgM),immunoglobulin G( IgG) and malondialdehyde( MDA)( 48 h) contents of LCB weaned piglets were significantly higher than those of DLY weaned piglet( P < 0.05),while ADG,serum high density lipoprotein( HDL) content,glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) activity( 24 h) of longissimus dorsi muscle and mRNA relative expression level of G Px4 of duodenum and jejunum were significantly lower than those of DLY weaned piglet( P<0.05). 4) The interaction between piglets breeds and dietary additive had significant effects on ADG,ADFI,F/G and IgMcontents in serum of weaned piglets( P < 0. 05). In conclusion,dietary IVE and ELE can increase antioxidant capacity and immune function of weaned piglets. The antioxidant and immune effects of IVE and ELE on DLY and LCB weaned piglets are different,self-immunity of LCB weaned piglets is better than that of DLY weaned piglets,while growth performance and antioxidant capacity of longissimus dorsi muscle,duodenum and jejunum are the opposite.
