摘 要：
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加八角和杜仲叶提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清代谢产物及肠道健康的影响,并探索其作用机制。采用单因子试验设计,选择健康的里岔黑断奶仔猪48头,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头断奶仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加八角提取物(500 mg/kg)、杜仲叶提取物(250 mg/kg)和金霉素(50 mg/kg)。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,八角、杜仲组和抗生素三组,显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05)。八角组显著提高血清总蛋白(TP)含量(P<0.05);八角组和杜仲组显著降低了血清尿素氮(SUN)含量(P<0.05)。八角组和抗生素组显著降低了盲肠大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。由此可见,在饲粮中添加八角、杜仲叶提取物可提高仔猪生长性能和免疫力,并对抗生素具有一定的替代作用。

摘 要：
The aims of the study were to investigate the effect and the mechanism of the Illicium ver-um and Eucommia leaf extract on growth performance, serum metabolites and intestinal health inweaned piglets. The single factorial experimental design was adopted in this experiment. A total of 48 healthy weaned piglets(Licha black piglets) were randomly allocated into 4 treatments with three repli-cates per treatment and 4 piglets per replicate. Control group was fed the basal diet, and experimentaltreatments were fed basal diets supplemented with Illicium verum extract(500 mg/kg), Eucommia leafextract(250 mg/kg) and aureomycin(50 mg/kg), respectively. Trial lasted for 42 days after 7 days adapta-tion. The results showed as follows: compared with the control, average daily gain(ADG) of piglets fed thediet supplemented with Illicium verum, Eucommia leaf extract and antibiotics were significantly in-creased(P<0.05). The Illicium verum extract significantly increased the contents of serum total protein(P<0.05). The Illicium verum and Eucommia leaf extract significantly reduced the contents of serum ureanitrogen(P<0.05). The Illicium verum and antibiotics significantly reduced the number of Escherichia Co-li in cecum. The results suggested that dietarysupplementation with the Illicium verum and Eu-commia leaf extract can improve the growth perfor-mance and immunity of weaned piglets, and it hasa certain function of alternative to antibiotics.
