摘 要:
四川世界遗产地野生蔬菜资源种类丰富且分布广泛,营养价值高,医疗保健作用大,色美味鲜,生态开发潜力大,但目前旅游开发过程中存在采集不均衡、加工水平不高、开发缺乏规范与文化品位等问题。为合理保护与利用遗产地野生蔬菜资源,旅游开发中应加强野生蔬菜资源的基础研究;重视野生蔬菜资源的保护与科技开发;深入挖掘野生蔬菜资源文化内涵以提升旅游产品层次。

摘 要:
The wild vegetable resources of world heritage site in Sichuan are rich with wide distribution,high nutritive value,good color and special flavor,great ecological development potential,but deficiencies existed in tourism exploitation process,including unbalanced collection,lower level of processing,nonstandard exploitation and unsatisfied cultural taste.To reasonably protect and use wild vegetable resources,the paper put forward the basic research of wild vegetable resources should be enhanced,protection and technological development of wild vegetable resources should be recognized,cultural connotation of wild vegetable resources should be excavated deeply to promote tourism product level.
