摘 要:
四川世界遗产地悠久的历史和特殊的地域条件孕育出内涵丰富且个性鲜明的饮食文化。为取得四川世界遗产地饮食文化资源开发与保护的平衡并强化其作为旅游吸引物的特征,文章提出旅游开发构想:对饮食文化资源进行收集、整理、筛选;对饮食文化资源进行合理开发规划;培育遗产地饮食文化品牌;积极申报饮食类非物质文化遗产;加强饮食文化发展创新人才培养。

摘 要:
The diet culture resources of world heritage site in Sichuan have rich connotation and distinct personality because of their long history and special regional conditions.The exploitation of diet culture resources of world heritage site as tourism component have development effectiveness,but the exploitation as tourist attractions lack specifications and culture quality.To coordinate development with protection of diet culture resources and strengthen characteristics as tourist attraction,the paper offers tourism exploitation conception,including collecting,sorting,screening diet culture resources;planning the exploitation of culture resources with reason;cultivating diet culture brand of world heritage site;actively declaring diet culture heritage;strengthening personnel training.
