摘  要:
在榆树沟镇牧民定居点现有信息化建设基础上,针对牧民定居点生产、生活分散,政务管理效率低,畜牧业生产资源缺乏管理,牧民定居点内外信息流通不畅等问题,利用信息技术将牧民定居点的政务管理、人员管理、畜牧业生产管理相结合,通过构建政务管理和畜牧业信息服务两大主要功能模块,规范各类管理和生产数据,建立了适用于牧民定居点的政务管理与畜牧业信息服务平台。服务平台的使用对提高政务管理效率、加大政务公开透明度、发挥畜牧业信息服务能力和加快牧区信息化建设进程有一定的推动作用。

摘  要:
On the basis of existing information construction in Yushu town, there are still a lot of problems, such as herders' scattered settlements and production, low efficiency of government management, deficiency of livestock production resources, poor flow of information within and outside the settlements. It is used to combine the government management of herders' settlements, personnel and livestock production. Through building two main functional modules — government administration and livestock information services and through standardizing various types of data of management and production, a service platform applicable to pastoral settlements management and animal husbandry information is set up. The service platform is helpful for improving the efficiency of government administration, increasing transparency in government affairs, strengthening the ability to provide information services and accelerating information construction process.
