摘  要:
以"红富士"苹果为供试材料,于2016—2017年在田间研究了不同浓度鸡粪沼液"新壮态"与戊唑醇桶混减量施用对苹果轮纹病的防治效果及对苹果品质的影响,以期为苹果轮纹病的减量化防治提供参考依据。结果表明:"新壮态"有机肥100~500倍与戊唑醇混用,在药剂减少10%~20%的情况下,桶混制剂对苹果轮纹病的防效与戊唑醇常规剂量相当。此外,与清水对照相比,喷施不同浓度鸡粪沼液可使苹果维生素C含量增加12.27%~20.93%、可溶性固形物含量增加3.19%~11.57%、可滴定酸含量降低12.90%~21.21%、固酸比增加25.34%~40.70%,改善了苹果果实品质。综合分析,在采用43%戊唑醇防治苹果轮纹病时,"新壮态"有机肥以稀释300~500倍为宜,可减少制剂用量10%~20%。

摘  要:
'Fuji'apple trees were taken as the test materials,the effect of different concentration biogas slurry of chicken manure'New Status' mixed with less tebuconazole than conventional dosage on Botryosphaeria dothidea and apple quality were investigated in the field during 2016—2017.The results showed that,the control effect of the mixture(containing 100-500 fold of chicken manure biogas slurry and 10%-20% less tebuconazole than conventional dosage)in against Botryosphaeria dothidea was corresponds to the conventional dosage of tebuconazole.Furthermore,compared with the blank control,spraying different concentration of chicken manure biogas slurry improved the apple fruit quality,the vitamin C,soluble solids,total soluble solid/titratable acidity increased by 12.27%-20.93%,3.19%-11.57% and 25.34%-40.70%,respectively,the titratable acid was reduced12.90%-21.21%.In the prevention and control of apple ring rot,adding diluted 300 to 500 fold biogas slurry of chicken manure in the bactericide solution make the dosage of 43% tebuconazole SC reduce by 10%-20%.
